I have problem. When I change something in page it doesn't reflect when I preview. (for example, delete some tables etc. It remain on preview despite I deleted it on page). I tried to recreate new project but the same happens. I have version 9 and windows 7 x64

Try CTRL + Preview to force a complete preview, it might help.

It's not only preview. When I export site the same problem remains.....
Hello! Does the preview now work Sasa? If it does, please try to export again and let me know! If it does not, please give me more info on the project you are creating, what you added and eventually attach your project to this post so that me see it.

if you are using IE, go to Tools,Internet Options,Browsing History, click delete and then tick the top 2 boxes (as shown in the att'd pic) and click delete then refresh your browser.

I tried to delete history... but the same.... Nothing special in the project. Pictures , tables... that is all. I will attach it if you need it..
I will now close the post because you have opened a private one, we will try to solve the issue there.
