any option to can use alt-txt to photos in Jssor?

No. There is no such option in Jssor slider...

It is with all galleries
Still nothing as usually with this company. The only solution I use now: export site at disc, edit all files html/php in notepad and add tags by one by one, also with each change of website...
It is only about 5-10 minutes of programmers' work, we lose hours with any changes.
