Login to a page not working

Hello,
I marked a page as locked and I have set up a user in group 1 and ticked both groth group 1 and the user to have access. Uploaded the site but the page just shows without asking for login? What am I doing wrong?

you probably uploaded the page before setting it to locked. ten you went to the old page in stead of the new one, a locked page has php extension.
remove the html page you mention from your server.
you should acces: https://www.taichitraining.info/stresslocked.php
Then all will be fine.
