WebSite X5 Evolution 12 Shopping Cart Missing Email to Site Owner after Purchase  en

An order made on the website using product catelog eCommerce function, when executed with the pay later option, will send an email confirmation to the customer, but not to the site owner.  As such, the site owner is not aware of the orders that are made via the website.

All the email form scrip types have been tryed in combination with data submission types.  In addition various email addresses were entered in the always use the following sender address.  Is there a recommendation to fix this issue so that the store manager will receive notification, and information about website order with pay later.

Thomas, I am not aware of this type of issue in this old version of WX5, but I am aware that many hosts have changed their proceedures over the years. Could you advise if this function previously worked but has now stopped and can you advise if you have any other projects that function correctly advising the seller. Assuming you have a contact form can you also advise that both the site owner and the customer get the email delivered.

You specifically say the pay later option. Could you advise if this is the only time the vendor does not receive notification? (ie if they select pay now is the seller advised)

Have you entered the correct email address? Perhaps try another email address as a test eg ***?

If this is your first website and you only have v12, can I strongly suggest that if you can see your way clear to purchasing v2019 the experience will be far more pleasant (everything will work & Incomedia will provide support). Web standards have undergone a number of changes in the past 8 WX5 versions since 2015 and there were also issues with paypal payments (caused by paypal and fixed in v13) to my recollection.
