Row background image on mobile site not displaying properly

I have a background image set under row format. The responsive previews show me the image displaying fully and correctly in all displays. But the display on actual smartphones is not showing the complete image.
I have tried tweaking the margins but it doesnt help.
Please help! Thank you!
