John, you are using v13 pro. When you preview a page you have the option to select a system browser, does the problem occur there too?
And can you confirm you are looking at the site in desktop resolution? WX5 remembers the last view you used, if that was tablet or mobile the next time you preview will also be tablet or mobile. Does dragging the preview window larger remove the problem?
Can you provide a full screen shot of your whole preview page?
