Sorry I'm a newbie. Question for Website Creator 12, Evolution 12

1. By unselecting the visible button what exactly does that do? I can't see any difference between both choices. What exactly is visible and by unselecting what becomes invisible ie; source code title or title on the webpage? See image attached.

You won't see the page item on your webpage.
