Blog failed with a new version

After the upgrade my blog page became unavalable: https://www.masterplans.ru/blog/index.php
with HTTP ERROR 500
My hosting support found following error log:

and adviced me to come in contact with software developer.

Hi Nikolay,
It is specified on the new changelog that the minimum PHP required must be in version 7.1.
...To check on your server...
"Minimum server compatibility updated to PHP version 7.1."

I see that the blog is online and it works, so I think it could depends on PHP settings. I set as solved for now.
