Email sending not working

Hello,
I made a new website , and I have several other projects that work fine. I have a host where there are 2 of my sites, let's call them A and B. They are both on the same host, in different folders, and they both have been made and uploaded by the same version of WebSite X5. Site A has been there for a while and is still working fine. The new site I made recently, site B, has a bug probably, because the email sending is not working. When someone places an order, neither me, the site admin, nor the customer get an email.
PHP version is 7.3, so that's not the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.

Miklos. is your domain name properly set up on your hosting?
These are some of my add-on domains
. . . . and according to a post by Paul M the email/form/purchase/etc will not work if the domain name in WX5 is not correct

Does the email address used for site B originate from the same domain as the website itself?

Hello,
Thank you for the response, I got it working now. The problem was that initially a yahoo email was set, and now I created one in cpanel for the domain and now it's working.
