SEOpage title/ description duplication

I am preparing the final seo parts before launching my website.
I have the follwing Alert come up on the project Analysis
The Page Tittle has been added more than once in the project
and
The Page Descriptionhas been added more than once in the project
My Question is this
In the settings part of set up
I have the same Website Description as I have in pages 1 & 2
and in pages 1 & 2 I have the same "page title"
so what is causing the alert? is it that they are duplicated titles / page names and if so does it matter. As both titles & Descriptions are relevent to those pages

Hello Nigel,
To get the best SEO its importand to set correct (and different) description and keywords for every page.
so set different and as much info that covers the page in the settings of every page.
You can do so in step 3, use for every page the properties button to fill in the best possible info for your page. Then search engines can use thes to guide the users to the correct place.
