I have an email problem, but I'm not sure where it is originating from.
My website has been active for over 2 years now with no problems what so ever.

Recently though, around the time when WebSite X5 updated, I don't seem to be getting emails.

My website will send a confirmation email to the customer stating we have received their enquiry.

But my website doesn't sent the customers email to my email address.

The information on my "Contact Form" is correct, and it must be collecting the information correctly as it sends the "confirmation e-mail for the user" but the data submission section where it sends the email to my email address specified doesn't arrive.
It's not just the "Contact Form" either, it is if someone purchases an item and it sends the order through, the customer gets a confirmation email of their purchase but I get no order through so I haven't a clue what the customer has purchased.

I have tried 3 different email addresses, my own personal address, my business email and the shop email address and nothing arrives at any of them. Nothing to spam, trash or anywhere else.

Like I say, it has been working fine up until April, there was a Website X5 update in April? I believe or around then and since then I am no longer receiving enquiries.

Has anyone else had any problems, or can anyone offer up any advice please?

Please check you are running PHP 7.1 or greater on your host. Other than that, is your email address at your domain? eg yourname at yourdomain.com ?

Hi Rob,

I had a similar problem around April when I stopped receiving emails via the website. My emails were working OK until April, I don’t know whether it was an X5 or hosting problem or whether something changed between them.
