Deleting a column

I have a page with multiple columns, but I only want 2 columns. I have already deleted a few columns without problem, but for the next one i get a warning message if I also want to delete the content in that column (NO!).
How do I get rid of extra columns I don't want on the page (I know objetcs can span columns so I could ignore them - but i want to get rid of the extras)

Then you need to remove the content from the colum you want to delete, drag it to another location or drag it smaller until the colum is empty then you can safely delete it.

Yup that worked fine, thank you.
The Page Creation page needs a "back" or restore button - if you proceed you could loose a lot of work
That's why you get the warning...
