Error occurred while loading - Please Help!

As above I closed my project and later when trying to open the project the above appeared. I have tried the solutions outlined elsewhere... backup files etc but the project there is over a month old and pretty much useless! Unfortunately too I never exported the file - New laptop..new website new software...stupidly didn't see the need. While the backup folders have a really old version of my project I notice that in the upload or preview folders I have my project right up to date. Is there anyway of using these so I can open it in webx5 and restore my project. Please I would love to not have to start from scratch!!! Any help gratefully received.

Can you please add you licence here in the helpdesk? Top right pulldown next to your name -> licences)
This way we can help you a lot better and there are more available options for you as well.
Because i don't know the version it's difficult, try the backup button in the project selection maybe?

I guess you have version 9?, a new / updated or a new version is in the meantime very usefull.
