"Generic error" in user registration

Registering a new account, we got a "Generic error" after submit.
Attached the error screenshot, database and user management configuration.
The website test show all "PASS" green. No errors.
The mailer runs correctly.
Any suggestion?

A meno che il DataBase non l'hai creato tu mi sembra strano che il suo nome sia utenti, devi mettere il nome che ti ha dato l'host
