Contact Form: Can the Width of Text Field be Adjusted on Mobile View

Hi, I am using Evo 2020.2.
On the Contact Form object, I adjusted the 'wdith' of Text Fields.
I am able to view the changes in the width on desktop view, however, the width remains unchanged (100
%) on mobile view.
Is there a way in which I can change the width on mobile view as well?
OR
Is there a way to seperate the input for text field into 3 parts, each with its own maximum characters (Shown in the attached image). As we want the user to key in something like product ID, which can be lengthy.
Thus, it is easier if we can seperate one text field into several parts to make it easier for the user to key in.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The only configuration available for the Contact Form in this regard is width, which you already witnessed. It will work based on percentage, but it cannot be changed according to the different breakpoints. It also can't be split into parts.
I'm afraid that as of now, there's no option to achieve this
