Hamburger menu on low resolution or mobile not work

Hello!
When we use Responsive design, hamburger menu on desktop low resolution or mobile device doesn't work! Example on www.zuts-kranj.si. This is not acceptable, because you can't choose any other item from main menu. Where can be a problem? How can we solve it?

In the small resolution, the title object overlays the menu object and the link for responsive menu is therefore not accessible.
Check the size of the objects in the corresponding responsive resolution.

You can do a work around to save resizing the logo by selecting the menu object and clicking bring to front.
