I have a question about the SSL certificate. Where can I set that in the application WS5(2019.2.9) my website to uploading on the https page instead of the http page?

You can't.
x5 has nothing to do with SSL, you need to adress your provider.
Normaly an SSL certificate can be purchased from your website provider (host)

thank you for getting in touch.
In addition to what Andre already stated, after you have activated the SSL certificate on your webspace, you will be able to set the https URL within the software, on Step 5.
