Hello Calvin,
What operating system is on your new computer?
WebSite X5 version 9 is rather old now, and predates Windows 10. If you are using the latter then try installing and running the software in 'Compatibility Mode'.
Also, be sure to install and run using an administrator account in Windows, with elevated privileges.
Antivirus packages (and firewalls) can interfere with WebSite X5. Switch these off temporarily to confirm if this is the case, then add an exception to their whitelist if necessary.
Kind regards,
Paul

Hi Calvin. I see that's it's been about 7 years since your last post on installing Version 9. Your computer hardware and software will be very different now, so it would be good to know the specs of your new system to start troubleshooting your problem.
CPU, amount of memory, graphics card and most importantly the version of Windows (if it is 64 bit and updated to the latest release, etc). You might find that such an old version of X5 will have issues with Windows 10. Other users with more knowledge about this may be able to help you.
Paul got his reply in while I was writing mine!

I can't foresee any problem with running version 2020 on the specs shown in your screenshot. But even if there was an issue you would be protected by Incomedia's 30-day Money Back Guarantee.
Hi Calvin,
with the new Version you shouldn't have any issues on Windows 10. You can find here a discount to switch to WebSite X5 2020.2: https://market.websitex5.com/en/users/166424/offers
