Width of displayed page content

I can easily fill the whole browser window by setting the Header/Footer backgrounds as full-width. However, I am still stuck with an actual usable 'window' for the actual page content of 1150px, which I can't alter. AM I mssing some obvious setting?

Stephen, simply select the object and select extend, but keep in mind this only works for a single object on a row.
You can of course use row formats to make it look like the objects are full width (as in the header/footer where the objects can only be placed within the page width)
