Can I move my Site from one.com to another ISP that is not one of the 3 on your list? If so where do I change the settings on the program for the upload of data? Thanks

Hello Marcus,
Yes, you may freely move your site to any server of your choice which you have access to.
You'll find the server/upload settings in Step 5:
Server settings in version 13
