I have code for x5 but it is a few years old, I have gotten a new computer and want to put it on there. How do I do this?It's telling me Product Code error 2

. . . if you change your mail or PC/harddisc you will not be recognized by the system. So you have to:
-> make a new post and set to *private* (so that only Incomedia can read) and
-> attach your old (and new) mail and purchase data.
-> explain your problem
