Site is on our Intranet.  Ex-employee installed/managed site...now im taking the task over.  Updating from 12 to current wont break the site?  Logged into ex-employee account and see the license, but wont accept it under my profile.  Shall I post it here or another method to resolve that piece?

I can provide his Account ID if that helps matters?

License for the current live site is 12.  Just purchased/updated license for current version in profile.  But until I make the upgrade to current version, how to change the blank space in the above image/webpage?

If you mean the space before the search buttun, this is there because of the search button.

So remove searchbutton or move to footer.

Is you mean other space let me know what you mean.

The search field can not be a factor...as long as I understand your comment.  As all other pages have relative image there based on the page contents.  So shouldnt need to move the search field.  Here is another example.

Here is a new page I created with a blank space, need to fill that space with a relative to page image.

Space B and C is all one image.

Space a is probably in the menu object.

In your above prtscrn, Space B and C is 1 image.  This 1 image is what I need to edit/change.  Each page has its own different image.  A new page I created is blank.  Need to know where this section is to add said new image.

Because i can't see your website i need to give more options;

1. Is this not an object on the page itself (the first (top) object -> picture object)
2. Its the slide show in the header (my best guess) -> click on the object in step1 template customization. you see left below your images, double click on the image you would like to set. Now you can determine on what page you would like to see this image. This is in effect properties -> Page TAB

tricky thing this, the function is not available in newer version, so be aware of this.

So if/when upgrading, I'd assume it is handled in a different fashion.  Maybe on the actual page properties vs exterior pointing to said page.
