Add a Row - suddenly I can't add a Row by my Projekt. Why is that so?

Hello.How many rows do you have on the page?There seems to be a limit to their number.

I have 64 rows - but it's works before with more than 64 rowes.

with 2019.3.17 the maximum number is 64

with 2020.1.4 version and superior the maximum number is 96
