Project Loading Problem

Hi,
I am having a problem with project loading. Once I tried to open and edit my existing project today, the software shows an error message like "an error occurred while opening the file. The file is corrupted or invalid. It also gives an error while trying to open my backup which I exported a few days ago saying that "an error occurred while running the program, please reinstall the program, config error rate and comments". I uninstalled and reinstalled the software but the problem is still going on.
I think I have lost my project of 30 days. I should say, it sounds to me that this software is absolutely useless.

Fatih, WX5 is wonderful but the built in backup leaves much to be desired unfortunately.
Please clarify what you mean by backup. Did you create an iwzip by going to step 5, export project (this is the only truly reliable and safe backup and you can retrieve your project by running wx5, click import, select iwzip file - this will not overwrite an existing project) or are you attempting to open one of the backup files automatically created by wx5 (the correct way is to open WX5, select your project, click backup, select a suitable candidate and click redo) or have you made some other form of backup you are trying to restore?
Does WX5 open? If it does can you create a new project (just as a test)? Can you see your project??
Screen shots of the error messages may further assist us.

Hi Esahc,
You're very helpful, thank you. You write appropriate answers to any question in time. I just criticized the software because I really have troubles very often like shutting up the software in every half an hour while working. And lastly, I came across such a thing.
I have an iwzip file that I created a few days ago. Once I try to open this iwzip file the software also gives an error message. I have attached screenshots.
I can open a new project from the beginning. So, the sowfware works. I am afraid I have done many time taking changes like adding meta tags after creating the last iwzip file too. Is there not any way to fix my last project?
Fatih, just to be sure, you opened WX5, selected import, selected the iwzip file.
Did the error occur when the project was being recreated from the iwzip, or did the error occur when you tried to open the newly re-created project?
If the iwzip is not too large you could email it to me (my email address is on my website www.esahc.com) or if you prefer we can request Incomedia take a look (they will ask you to send it via www.wetransfer.com).
If the error occurs when opening the project it could be a conflict with your 3rd party anti-virus, etc (??)
Have you tried backup/redo?
If not, open WX5, select your project, click backup, select a backup (assuming there is one), click redo.
(how old is your hardware? Is it possible there is damage on the HD?)

Hi Esahc,
I have summerized below in articles,
1. I cannot open my existing project. It gives an error like i attached the screenshot in my previous post. I tried to back up and redo this existing project but it did not work. It also doesnt work when i redo an existing backup.
2. I cannot open my iwzip file too. I did not imported it, but tried to open it by double clicking on my desktop. It also gives an error message.
3. When i created a brand new project for testing, it worked properly.
The weight of my created iwzip file is 106 mb. The real project is about 40-50mb, but i think the software exported some auto backups too in my iwzip file.
I am not sure if there is an error in my ssd, but i bought this computer as brand new about 5-6 months ago.
I had allowed the sowtware in my anti virus program but i will recheck it when i go home. If i cannot solve the problem any way, i will try to get in contact with you via email.
Lots of thanks for your sincere help,
All the best,
I look forward to hearing from you. Before contacting me, try the import button within WX5.
also ensure you are not working inside one drive or similar synchronising software
(www.wetransfer.com will allow a file up to 2GB)
