In the website we have setup a form to be filled out. Upon receiving the email notification it has no standard verbiage in the header. Specifically in the from field. It contains the email that is in the form. We have set the "advanced - data management" the always use the following sender address. However that does not seem to be working.

Hello. Please send a screenshot of your form settings.
In the screenshot, I showed the form settings that make it possible to send letters from the demo @ demo . com mail (no extra spaces).

You have a different sender address in the mail settings and in the form settings. Specify the same sender address both in the form and in the mail settings.
