As you've noticed, this payment method is currently not available in the software
You can try and ask the company to provide custom code to integrate the payment inside the software via the dedicated Custom Code slot in the payment section, but keep in mind that the Staff cannot provide support for the integration of such codes.
I've set your topic to Idea so that the fact that such a payment method might be useful for people living in Sweden might be kept under consideration for the future
In the meantime, did you try to consider the new PayPal Commerce Platform integration?
