I have updated mailcontactformular on my site, with the fieldtype description and terms for using my compagny. When i made at request to my self from my site, i cannot see these fields in the mail i received

I can see fields  with name adress, phone nr  etc. accept of terms but not the info i have mad in field tyoe description and terms

I want to use this information as documentation and accept from a customer, a quick way to make a contract with customer has accepted the terms. I Dk the compagny must prove that the customer has accepted a contract, and knows the terms ( The law )

I use X5 version 13
