I had this once before and had too replace all pictures in x5 with same once, but i know you have a large site.

Try export project import it again and then upload? 

have backup's same problem? (if it becomes too many pictures)

I have had the problem before and reloading the picture into the object sometimes works or deleting and recreating the object.

I really don't want to do that with 500 pages......

The randomness of this is frustrating.

I will try the reload from backup and see what happens.... but I will wait a bit and see if any other ideas??

No problem Adriam i can very much understand, as i said you have a lot of pages....

Adrian, on the assumption that everything works correctly in preview, it may be necessary to delete all files on your hosting and then do a full upload of the site.

I once had the same issue & I am pretty sure that whilst all the images and content was present on the host, some files would not open (fragmentation? corruption?). By deleting everything on the host and uploading, all files could be read on the web. Irrespective, when such an error exists I always do a full upload (not new and changed).

Well I have deleted the image file name in the cart, then reapplied it, then republished site.

The two missing images in cart cards has been fixed - but I have not had time to look if this is also present for other products on site.  Will check later this week.  Hope this was the only place...
