Our Website X5 Pro 2021.1.4 with an active License does not give us the option to start a new project from the Home page. This issue started few days ago with the message 

"Oops I can't connect! You can still work with Website X5 to edit existing projects" as attached.

When will this issue be resolved as we need to use the software for new projects?

We currently have the following sites developed using Website X5

www.security-boost.com, www.security-boost.com.ng, and www.boostgroup.com which are working well but for a few adjustments from required our end.
