Email form not working.

The email form on my website is not sending customers emails through to us. It also does dot redirect the customer to the home page after they have pressed the send button (they get a blank screen). Confirmation emails are also not sent. The spam catcha also shows only a blank space.
I have doubled checked the settings against another website that I have created and they are identical - the other site works fine (this one used to too).
Can anyone please help in really simple terms please?

Posted on the
go to the page in step 3 and select it there, (don't double click just select)
then use properties button on top.
Goto Expert TAB.
select below instead of html, php.
press ok, upload and test again.
If this works then use upload button again, press the folder icon at the end of destinnation folder.
remove this file: contact-us.html , (select it and press red cross on top.)
once done, cancel screen
now all should work.

Thank you, unfortunately it still isn't working though.
Can you check with your provider if the php settings are at 7.2 or 7.4?
use the admin panel to check these, it depends a bit on the provider how that looks, else try there FAQ to find the php settings and check if they are set.

Thank you for your help - when I finally got help from my provider (who tried to tell me it was a developer coding error) it was only set at 5.6! - Thank you once again for telling me what to ask about.
