In X5 none...
In a textbox you can clip the text - insert it into a text-editor - make a search-and-replace and copy the text back in the textbox.
Dependent on the text-editor, the formattings may be lost.
It would be nice to have a function in X5 that could do the job
Notepad +
Yes Notepad++ is good - but then the formatting will surely be gone
Hi Alain,
you're right. That don't work by using an conventional text editor. But in my experience, this works with Word. Copy the text into Word. Then search / replace. Then everything back to Incomedia via past & copy.
Let me know the result.
Thanks, Klaus.
with Notepad++ you can open x files in same time AND you can also to find and replace any text in ALL files in same time
If the text should not be displayed error free try to saving changed text with word in html-format.
Hi Alain,
thank you for getting in touch.
I confirm, as users already suggested, you need to do this using an external text editor and then pasting the new text into the Text Object.
Thanks! Kind regards.
