Paypal trouble

A customer paid with Ideal by Paypal on our website https://www.bezorgkoffers.nl We got the order but not the payment as I look in our Paypal account. The customer send me the statement of the bankaccount.
So I send this statement by chat to Paypal, because by telephone is not possible. The chat takes about 2 hours before they answer. After this they tell me our customer must contact Paypal by chat. But my customer paid with his own bank ING by Ideal and don't has an account by Paypal.
As i look to the settings in X5 i see nothing wrong. There were also paymants before this transaction with the same attitude.
Anyone also trouble with Paypal payments in X5?

As far as the technical implementation of PayPal is concerned, WebSite X5 has no control over this
If the payment was marked as successful by PayPal, the software will be notified and the order will proceed. If PayPal didn't actually register the payment due to internal issues with Ideal, you need to contact Paypal to get it solved since the software can help in no way with this

Today I stop with Paypal, to many trouble.
People who try to pay and it would not go. Also people ask me why they have to give all personal data to pay by iDEAL with Paypal.
Other people ask me why they have to pay by Paypal, because they don't have a Paypal account and want to pay by iDEAL, but it is not very clear on there website that you can pay by iDEAL without a Paypal account.
So today we are going back to Mollie payments, to avoid all these trouble as people only want to pay there order.
