I have been attempting to use the HOME template, and am unable to even get started! I created several websites with an older version, but am unable to just replace the header with my own. I have read the guides, tried for seveal hours, and failed. I would like a refund and try another product to create my website.

Hello. I sent a notification about your question to the company employees, expect an answer from them here in the comments.
Hello Charles,
I am sorry you are not happy with the new version. If you can please post a picture of the template element you want to customize, I will be happy to show you how to achieve this.
Thanks! Kind regards.

Hi Charles!
You can edit the Header height on Step 2 > Template structure by selecting the Header element from the list and then setting the wished size as shown below:
If you want to make it wider you can work on the page width, which you can set for every breakpoint on Step 2 > Resolutions and Responsive design. Or you can possibly extend it to the full browser window width by activating the following option, which again you can find on Step 2 > Template structure:
Thanks! Kind regards.

My customer wants a website with is header as shown in the attached file and wants it to appear in all resolutions as was achievable in Website X5 12 Evolution. This is not possible in Website X5 Pro. He has asked me to produce a site to his liking, so I therefore must use another product to do so. I am therefore not ever going to use Website X5 Pro and am requesting a full refund.

In my last post, I attached the wrong file. Tha curent attachment is what my customer desires to have his header appear on all pages and all resolutions.
Hi Charles,
I think you can perfectly recreate the header in question in the Pro as well.
You basically need to use two Image Objects for the images here
And a Text Object for the text in the middle.
You can define the width here
And the height here:
Don't forget to set up the header for each breakpoint:
Thanks! Kind regards.
