I've just bought the latest WebSite X5 Pro 221.3.3
Happily looking through what is does. Clicked the top right button to view it on different browsers. Since then I can't see any preview on any of my projects.
I've looked to see if there's a 'non-browser view button', but no option.
How do I get my preview back?
Thank you in advance for any help!

Try ctrl key and then hit preview.
If that does not work do a restart of pc and try again (with ctrl key)

Thank you.
Tried but no joy - the page reacts (a line moves along the top above the coloured size marker bars), but nothing appears.
Wait for it, with ctrl key the preview is build up from scratch and that takes a little longer.

Okay, thank you. I'll try agan.
Is this a new feature? It used to be that I just clicked preview and there it was.

Nope. Still not working. I get the WS logo appear and disappear, but nothing else. I'll attempt a screenshot.

I've tried on the versions I'd built using an old X5 Pro that I've had since about 2016, but no joy with those either.
And, just to add to the fun, I can't see anything in the Content option when building a page - the screen where there shoud be text or images is blank.

Ah. Just realised that this is after the latest update... How do I back it out?
Are you sure non other program is interfering, like an update of the firewall or virusscanner? (set them off for test)
I can't see your licence eather, please add your license in your protal, top right next to your name pulldown -> my licences.

Sorry, been on client work and just had time to nip in and saw your response.
Firewall, etc. etc. hadn't been changed since last use, the only thing that had was accepting the latest X5 update. But it's working this morning! Opened a project, clicked on Preview, and there it is, clear as day.
Will do the licence thing soonest. Husband set it up for me but I think he's put it in his name. He never uses it (as a programmer he prefers to do everything from scratch and wouldn't touch a website if one paid him!). Will get him to swap it to me.
Don't forget that your firewall also updates regurly, anyway, it works again.
The ctrl preview should only be needed if it does not respond or view correctly.
Best Regards,
