Summer : No software updates  fr

Hello,

Summer period and no software updates claims by many users on some issues, bugs, or no features not already implemented and even if the European regulations force to be updated.... (VAT on 1st July by example) and RGPD not complete also (User cannot modified his own settings.... RGPD law ) 

So we paid the software with Update Protection... But it is not an annual subscription ...it is just for 10 months... !!!!!! Because summer is an important period.... Not for web dev but playa in Italia !

The R&D dev team is in vacation during 2 months...  Nice we paid their vacation... and we wait the return..

Good or not ????? for US ???? CUSTOMERS ?????

Not ungry, just to be sure to have paid for a good product... other solutions provide updates during July/August...

It's a concept, and strategy objective.

But we can have the good surprise to have a very big new version the 1st of September. May be the dev dev has worked hard during this summer for US.

I have some doubts undecided

Courage for you after this vacation period !

As you know, since the release of v2019, we have changed the way our updates are provided. 

Before v2019 updates used to roll out once a year, while now a new update is usually available between 1 to 3 months and it has been so since v2019 as shown on our official page here https://www.websitex5.com/it/nuove-funzioni.php

I can confirm that this period was no different. The last update was released in June and in the meantime, we rolled out a couple of bug fixing updates. The next major update will be coming soon, together with the release of a new Preview so I don't really believe that this, so I don't really agree with the way you judge this 2 months period that just went by

That being said, I thank you for your feedback and wish you a pleasant new working period starting from September

But during summer, many people are working, and NO update is provided. and the support turns halfway.

For an editor company, iIconsider this situation not acceptable in front of your customers which need to wait September to have update. and which one. nobody said !!!! because again no bug traking interface is provided for us, to have this knowledge... We are into a black hole just with the need to wait a fix and to cross the fingers to have the fix or not.

Just look at the VAT issue mandatory in Europe since the 1st of July. Today 2 months later, no updates, no fix, no patch, no workaround... customers are alone with this issue....

And not a real bug, an European regulations...  Is it a normal way to manage your customers in front of laws ?????

And you are satisifed by this ??????

Not me... And sinisa not anymore, and no more users too.

It could be very nice if Incomedia strategy regarding customers and business (other solutions have fixed this VAT Issue on time) will be better and changed.

When your R&D, quality processes ....  wil be changed to be better for US.
