Version 2021.4.4 E-mail error

Altough I've got version EVO 2021.4.4 now, I'm using an outside hosting provider and want to keep it that way. However I'm stuck now because while publishing my website using the new version the program wants me to put in an e-mail adress, which I don't want to use, because like I said I have another hosting provider.
Question how can I bypass this error!

You can use any hosting. But you have to enter the mail address for sending. This is necessary so that the site can send letters. For example, from the contact form or about orders in the online store.
If your site doesn't send emails at all, enter any email address.
