Your instructional video is realy useful and it is good to be able put a face to a name!  Well done Andrea.

My first reaction was that the sound is out of sync - quite irritating in the first few minutes with Andrea being the centre of attention, but as the video unfolds and your attention is on the screenshot it is not significant.

It is good that there are chapter points to make for easier navigation, but it would be better if there was some way of indexing to some points within the longer chapters.

I'm sure that it will reduce the amount of questions you get on the support forum too.
