I want to redirect my .com domain to your domain that I just paid for. I am asked to insert two DNS with a different IP address. you gave me multiple DNS with the same IP address. What to do?

It is important that you verify with your hosting that you can configure the "DNS records" for your domain and insert all of the data we provided, and not the "Nameserver" which are only two like you described
Should your hosting not allow you to perform a redirection via DNS, the connection will simply not be possible
Please consult your hosting provider's support as well and show them the data we provided about DNS. They will surely be able to let you know whether you can configure that or not
