I've tried several of them, none of them have been taken out. So a product page doesn't make much sense if google can't index ...

I must confirm that, due to how the product page is currently handled, it is likely that the automatic sitemap generator won't be able to create it properly.

Due to technical reasons, the product pages cannot be inserted automatically by the software into the file. For the moment, the developers are still investigating whether this improvement can be added to the software in the future, but as of now, it will most likely require manual intervention to be able to correctly have all the links in the sitemap

Unfortunately, by manually it means exactly that.

You cannot make use of the software to add these pages to the sitemap.xml file. You must open the file and add the URL's yourself manually

There is currently no other way around this unless the pages get added automatically in a future update
