How to remove header/footer menu text?

Hi,
I hope everyone is doing well and I wish you all the best. I am trying to figure out how to create or edit the header menu and footer menu? I want the header menu to contain the following text below...
Header Menu
Home, About and Contact
Footer Menu
Privacy, Terms of Use, Contact, Affiliate Disclaimer
My goal is to create a seperate Header Menu from the Footer Menu. I would greatly appreciate anyone's help.

Here's A New Update I just realized...
Based on my previous experience, I can create a custom menu by just using the "TEXT OBJECT" and just adding in the pages I want or don't want. I was just womdering if I can do the same using the "MENU OBJECT?".
The menu object automatically generates a menu based on the layers and pages created. the respective page or level title is used as text.
You can save your pages in 2 "layers".
One with
Menu 1...Home, About and Contact
Menu 2...Privacy, Terms of Use, Contact, Affiliate Disclaimer
After that insert a menu object in the header and at "Select the level to be displayed" set it to "Menu1".
in the Footer then the other Menu2!
Ricardo, if you layout the page stucture as shown, the main menu is as normal, the footer menu has the root set at footer. This would give you the menus exactly as you have requested.
