Unable to connect to Server. Generic Error. Please help?

Bokan, has anything changed? Did WX 5 update last time you opened it? Have you recently upgraded to a new version? If not, have you contacted your host (they may be having issues)?
If you try access your site with FileZilla (free) or similar can you do so?
Are you sure your site is still insecure (you have http:, have you tried https: ?)

Yeah i contacted but there is no issues. I updated new version and tried (http, https). Using FileZilla and CoreFTP works well.
Can I ask why you are trying to upload to a folder? Did you create that folder or did it get created automatically by the host?
If you want a folder to be the target, can you create a new one and try that?
On the face of it you should be uploading to public_html.
Have you checked parameters to make sure there is an email address in the field??

I solved thank you. The problem is that there should not be another folder in the folder.
