Homepage problem - nothing changes with export

I have a problem with the homepage of my website. I just wanted to update my "content slider" object but, after the export, it had not changed. I tried many times to get what I wanted, but now I have a "content slider" that doesn’t look like anything (see picture below):
However, I noticed something strange. If I surf on the website (that I go to other pages of the site) and then return to the homepage, it will appear correctly with the changes I made (see picture below):
But the url of the hompage is not really the same on this second homepage... The name of the homepage is normally "www.topoptics.biz" and when you put this url in the browser, the page appears strangely (like the first picture). But when I surf on the site and I come back on the homepage the url becomes "www.topoptics.biz/index.php".
I really don’t understand what’s going on and would like to solve the problem. Do you have any leads to help me understand? Thank you in advance for your help !

Deletes these 2 files on your webserver and try to re-export
In fact this one works fine.

Ce n'est pas risqué de supprimer les 2 index du serveur ? Ca me fait un petit peu peur, je te l'avoue.

Tu les sauvegardes au cas ou... (afut toujours avoir le réflexe )
Regardes dans WSX5 comment ta page est générée
et
Ensuite en régénérant ton projet la page index sera créée.
Mais ton site fonctionne bien avec index.php.
Généralement la page index est au formt .html sauf si tu as des objets dans la page qui nécessitent du PHP et alors WSX5 a changé l'extension automatiquement en .PHP...
La je ne peux pas en savoir plus à ta place.
Si ton projet génére un fichie rindex.php alors tu peux réexporter... Sinon il faut creuser un peu plus...
ou exporter dans un sous -répertoire de ton hébergement pour faire des tests et vérifier que tout fonctionne (le mieux peut être)
Dans ton cas tu devrais exporter par exemple ici je pense
/www/mytest
Et lorsque tout fonctionne bien dans ton répertoire test, ensuite tu n'oublies pas de réexporter dans le bon répertoire /www
