If you go to step 2, resolutions and responsive design and add a 320px breakpoint you can design your 320-480px resolution as 2 columns.
More than 99% of mobiles will see this as the mobile resolution (only very old or very cheap mobiles see 320px)

it is not god for this ultimate version , i thinc it is a bug, on prewiu version it work
