I have been with WX5 from the start and have made websites that have up until now hosted and managed by a host who is no longer continuing. I think I have already purchased web space and have fully backed up the website files ready to go so I want to know the following:
1 Is there a control panel I can use to transfer files with FTP?
2 Can I transfer the domain names I own to continue my business?
3 How much space have I got for use?
Advice please
Thank you.

Hello. If your questions are about the hosting that is included in the cost of the WebSite X5 license, then this video has the answers to your questions.
"How much space have I got for use?" - 50 Gb.
If your questions relate to any other hosting, then write to the technical support of this hosting and you will find out the answers to all questions.
If you have purchased the most recent version of X5, there is free hosting for one year after purchase. However, this is for ONE website only. It might be best to look for a new host that offers package deals for hosting several sites. Their plans and storage will vary depending on cost. You should be able to transfer your Domains to the new host (but it would be a good idea to check with your current host to ensure that they are not locked against transfer - I found this out when I tried to transfer one of my domains to a new provider).
Once your new hosting is activated, they will send you the login and password needed to access this hosting via FTP. You can use X5's built in FTP (which I use and have never had any major problems with) of something like Filezilla.

Thank you that is most helpful and I am grateful for the time taken.
Hello,
Take care. Normally any website from Incomedia hosting is not reachable from internet.
Said by Stefano on the Help Center. I don't remember the post
Just useful to do testing and nothing more.

"Today or yesterday with other post, you provide your site on this hosting space... Was not reachable" - here is the website page https://aleksej-h.websitex5.me/home.htmlAnd here are the results of the site test in several services. As you can see, the services were able to access the site. Please explain what does "Was not reachable" mean?
Hi Adrian,
thank you for getting in touch.
As far as WebSite X5 Hosting goes, you can directly export online using the integrated FTP program, but you can have access to the webspace panel from the Web Hosting page of your Help Center account. On that page, you can also connect a second level domain to the WebSite X5 Hosting. Finally, the service linked to the Evo licence you own offers 100 Gb space. Further details are available here: https://www.websitex5.com/en/free-hosting.php
Thanks! Kind regards.
