Too big spaces between components of page. How I solve the problem ?

I made a simple page with components like in the picture attached. But there is too big space between the components .How exactly can I solve this problem ? thanks

I make this comment to add a second picture with the structure of the page.
Bebe, much will depend on the content of each cell, but you can easily remove much empty space by changing the inner and outer margins of each cell.
