Converting from v7 to v9

we found out that it is not possible to export a project from v7 and import it in v9. the anser we found was: we will have to send the files to the technical support of incomedia. what is the related e-mail adress? which files do we have to send?

Please put "Lisa25230" as subject.
The files should end with .iwzip
