This link was usefull, but not what I need, because on settings - shopping cart - product -image - I have no option regarding title and keywords, this options are only on step - pages.

My question is the same: how can I improve this? How can I add title and keyword on the images added on shopping cart.

At the moment, the e-commerce images do not generate the ALT tag. This is something that the software currently doesn't do but has been reported to the developers for future improvements to the software

That being said, do not worry too much about that warning specifically. This parameter, although surely helpful, won't penalize your website in a significant way.
