How to insert a link to the Blog in the navigation menu?

Once you've set up your Blog, the program automatically generates the specific Blog: Main Page and Blog: Article Page  among the Special Pages on Step 3, in the Sitemap.

Special Pages have the same properties normal pages have, but they aren't automatically reported in the navigation menu.
