Problem with 2022.2.10 version

I uptaded it as usual.
First weird thing was that it demanded all other software to be closed and start over to complete the installation. This never happened before.
I did it and it said it was already updated.
But it would not start.
This never happened before.
Where can I get the previous version to reinstal it?

I need version 2022.2.6
Click on the username in the upper right corner, then select my profile and download and see which versions are listed.
Otherwise, make a request to Incomedia to be able to switch to the old version.
Evelyne, as Daniel said, go to your profile (top right this page) and download the full installable for v2022.2.10 (you can also get your license key if required). Install the full version.
In the unlikely event this does not resolve the problem, please advise and I can provide v2022.2.6

I need version 22.2.6.
In my profile I can download 2022.2.10, the one that caused the problem. Or 2022.1, which won't import my projects, as they were last worked on a later version.

I tried a full clean instal of 2.10 after uninstalling the one I had before. This time I closed all software before and installation went smoothly.
It's working perfectly now. Thank you!
