Videos of any format not running on websitex5, most current version.

Early versions seemed to work very well however the most current version is full of bugs!! Specifically, attempts to play videos does not. We have tried every video format available on three seperate web builds with the most current version available from the company, not one of the videos, including those offered "free" in the library will play. Constant message is "video will not run in this browser". We went the addtional step of running four different browsers. Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Google, none work. Does anyone have a possible answer? The company appears to be blind to this issue.
Normally the videos works, at least the Pixabay MP4 videos, which I downloaded directly from the Pixabay website, see the test page

Previously I had to struggle with WebSite X5 or the browser because the browser wouldn't display the new video test page.
Uploading the website multiple times, reinstalling WebSite X5 and restarting Windows had no effect.
So I pressed the F5 key in the browser and the new menu item was displayed correctly and everything worked now.
Sometimes it's bewitched and nothing will work, but often it's just a little thing that prevents success.
